°®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Trespass Delegation
In accordance with the delegation of authority designated to the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Chancellor by the UA President, I hereby delegate authority to trespass individuals to the following for all °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ facilities:
- °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Chief of Police and Officers
- °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Executive Director of the Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability (ORCA), or other persons acting in the place of the director
The following °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ campus directors are authorized to trespass individuals at their respective campuses:
- °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Bristol Bay Campus Director
- °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Chukchi Campus Director
- °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Kuskokwim Campus Director
- °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Northwest Campus Director
Trespass actions must be consistent with procedures adopted by °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ in consultation with UA General Counsel. This authority may not be further delegated.
